The time has come for Week 15.
And before you know it, The Regular Season will be over.
Also, there will be Playoffs!
(more details on that to follow soon)
But first, we have this week to handle.
So before we get started, let me square this week’s schedule.
In trying to keep things flowing in an orderly fashion, I jumped the gun by getting the sheets out too soon.
Thing is, at this point of the season games get moved around. Therefore, several games got moved:
- Minnesota vs. Cincinnati will Kickoff on Saturday, December 16th at 1pm.
- Pittsburgh vs. Indy will Kickoff on Saturday, December 16th at 4:30pm.
- Denver vs. Detroit will Kickoff on Saturday, December 16th at 8:15pm.
That means there will be one Saturday update at the conclusion of those games (in the evening).
Sunday will include the Kansas City/New England game, as that contest has been moved from Monday Night to Sunday, December 17th. Kickoff for the ballgame is 1pm.
The Monday Night matchup this week is Philadelphia vs. Seattle, set to Kickoff at the usual time on Monday Night.
Very important: the points tiebreaker will be applied to this game. Be advised, if you want to change your points total please let me know and I will gladly make the adjustment(s).
Sorry folks. This is my fault for not paying closer attention. You have my promise that this scheduling f#@%up [AHEM!] will not be an issue going forward.
Again, if you have any questions or concerns – hit me up.
Okay?
Thank you for your time and attention to this matters.
Now let’s get started.
Week 15 sees 58 players shooting at a pot of $290.
Pot’s right.
(for those that don’t know: when wagering moolah, once the pot is considered “right” that means that the Winner can expect to gain that amount. In other words, “the house” is guaranteeing that specific amount in the prize pool. Regardless of what happens, if you Win you get that money – no excuses)
Here’s the field:
FOR THE WEEK
- the pot is $290
- there are 58 players
- there’s been no unanimous pick this week (which is surprising for this time of year), but a lot of people like Atlanta, Kansas City, San Francisco and Baltimore as Road Favorites
- the underdog pick this week has Susan M taking big home underdog New England over visiting Kansas City. (You must be from there or something)
- the reining Champ is Saundra Winning out in a three-way tie to finish Week 14. Nice work if you can get it. Bravo Saundra!
ANNOUNCEMENT: while I do my best to get each & every pick correct, sometimes I make mistakes. If I do mess up, just reach out to me (you can leave a comment below the post & I’ll fix it ASAP). I need to know before the affected game Kicks Off, otherwise, that puts the rest of the field at a competitive disadvantage. Sound good?
That’s everything. As always, enjoy the games and Good Luck.
