Whatta ballgame.  Whatta week!
The beginning of this Football Season has ben nothing short of spectacular.

We’ve seen down-to-the-wire games, epic matchups, and plenty of surprises.  Even the Monday Night Game went into Overtime (with a bit of a bizarre ending).

As for our competition, the action was just as epic as the action on the field.

This opening week of Football Pick’Em went right down to final whistle – of the last game on the schedule!  That’s what it took to determine this week’s Winner.

But we did determine our Champion.

To kick off the season, our Champion started hot outta the gate Winning the first 12 contests.  However, a strong challenger emerged tying things up by the close of Sunday’s action.

Headed into Monday Night, the contest was neck-and-neck for the prize.  And in a thriller, Week 1’s Pick’Em Champion was crowned by virtue of the 60 point total from the Monday Night ballgame.

So without further ado, I present the first Champion of the 2021 Football Pick’Em pool:
