Week 8 has now come to a close.

This was a great week for the Football Pick’Em.

The competition was as exciting as ever, with the competition going neck-and-neck all the way to the finish line.

For those that may be unfamiliar with how we do it here, there are no split pots in this league.  We will use as many tiebreakers as possible to determine a sole Winner.

And this week saw a three-way tie at the top of the Leaderboard going into Monday’s action.  Of course to add to the drama, each player at the top took the same (ultimately Winning) team.

That means we go to the points to settle matters.

And by virtue of a point total of 45, this week’s Champ Wins in a photo finish by three points!

This week sees another new Champion in the Winner’s Circle, as our Champ battled their way into a 1st place tie & went on to Win with the slimmest of victories (via the points tiebreaker).

This week’s Win nets our Champion a prize pool of $250.
