Week 9 has come to a close.

And this was a pretty exciting week folks.

What made this particular competition interesting was how the leaderboard narrowed through the slate of games.

After the Early Games the leaderboard was longer than a shopping list, with a whopping nineteen players in the running.

Talk about anyone’s game!

The late games pruned that tally down to fourteen names, as Sunday Night Kickoff approached.

From there it was a wrap.  Our Champion had separated from the pack.

Riding that one game lead into Sunday Night, our Week 9 Champion firmly held a grip on the crown that even a Monday Night overtime tilt couldn’t break!

That’s a job well done.

So, this Halloween edition of The Football Pick ‘Em was anything but suspenseful.  We knew the identity of our Champion well before tonight’s Kickoff.

Pretty anti-climactic, but such a strong showing is impressive nonetheless.
